CHRISTUS Health Headquarters, Dallas – Sustainable Concepts partnered with CHRISTUS Health in realizing the vision for its new headquarters in Las Colinas, Texas. Guiding the LEED and WELL Certification processes, we ensured that sustainability and employee wellness were prioritized. The new headquarters features integrated workspaces and outdoor areas that foster collaboration. CHRISTUS Health’s commitment to innovation and community engagement in Las Colinas’ dynamic district is evident in this transformative project. The project achieved LEED Silver recognition under the ID+C Commercial Interiors category in 2025.


Toyota Music Factory, Irving – Proudly LEED Certified, the Toyota Music Factory in Irving, Texas is a dynamic entertainment destination where entertainment meets sustainability. With diverse bars and venues catering to every musical taste, including a 4,000-seat performance hall and amphitheater operated by Live Nation, it offers an immersive experience for patrons. The outdoor Plaza hosts year-round events, while sustainable practices underscore its commitment to environmental stewardship.The project achieved LEED Certified recognition under the BD+C Core and Shell category in 2018.


Wildlife Commerce Park, Dallas – Sustainable Concepts partnered with Crow Holdings and Ridgemont Commercial Construction to ensure sustainable practices throughout the construction and design phases of this industrial building.

Situated in Grand Prairie, Texas, Wildlife Commerce Park exemplifies eco-conscious design tailored for industrial operations. With a focus on environmental stewardship and efficiency, the park is designed to meet the highest sustainability standards, enhancing operational performance while minimizing environmental impact. As a testament to our commitment to sustainability, Wildlife Commerce Park integrates LEED-certified practices, reflecting our dedication to eco-friendly industrial development. Buildings 12, 14, and 15 achieved LEED Certified recognition under the BD+C Core and Shell category in 2025.


Irving Central Fire Station, Irving – In partnership with CORE Construction and Parkhill Architects, Sustainable Concepts oversaw LEED certification for the construction of Irving Central Fire Station in downtown Irving, Texas.

The station incorporates bricks from the former building, paying homage to the Irving Heritage District. With living quarters on the ground level and sleeping quarters upstairs, the two-story building features fire poles for quick access to emergency vehicles. Staffed by a crew of four firefighters and equipped with a fire engine, the station exemplifies efficiency and excellence. The project achieved LEED Certified recognition under the BD+C New Construction category in 2025.


Traphene Hickman Library, Cedar Hill – Sustainable Concepts was selected as the sustainability partner for this ambitious new construction endeavor in Cedar Hill. Collaborating closely with the project team, we oversee the construction and design phase documentation, ensuring the seamless integration of sustainable practices and adherence to LEED guidelines and procedures.

This visionary project, commissioned by the City of Cedar Hill, represents a fusion of innovative design and community collaboration. Designed by the renowned PGAL architecture firm and constructed by Balfour Beatty, Traphene Hickman Library aspires to become a cornerstone of sustainable development and community engagement in Cedar Hill. The project achieved LEED Silver recognition under the BD+C New Construction category in 2025.


Parkland Health – Moody Outpatient Clinic, Dallas – The newest addition to the Parkland Health campus is the six-story Moody Outpatient Clinic. Sustainable Concepts provided LEED consulting for the construction administration phase of this project, partnering with architect HKS and joint venture contractor McCarthy/Crowther. The project achieved LEED Gold recognition under the BD+C New Construction category in 2022.


Dallas Holocaust Museum Exterior

Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum, Dallas – Sustainable Concepts partnered with the museum as it sought out a larger space to expand its educational mission. Founded in 1984, the museum has evolved into a cornerstone of education and tolerance in Dallas. The preliminary designs, created by Omniplan, integrate seamlessly with the museum’s mission, promising an immersive experience for visitors.

A vital Dallas institution, the museum continues to inspire and educate visitors on the importance of human rights. With its state-of-the-art exhibits and interactive displays, the museum provides a powerful platform for learning and reflection.

Sustainable Concepts remains a partner in supporting the museum’s ongoing sustainability efforts. Together with Omniplan, we continue to implement sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact and promote human rights. The project achieved LEED Certified recognition under the BD+C New Construction category in 2019.
